AUSTIN, TX— The Texas Trucking Association (TXTA) Foundation awarded 32 academic scholarships for the 2024-2025 school year totaling $151,500 to deserving students across the country—all affiliated with TXTA member companies. In 2024, the Foundation also funded scholarships for 10 trade and technical applicants pursuing a career in the trucking industry totaling almost $35,000. Since 1991, TXTA Foundation has given more than $2.5 million in scholarship funds, helping students achieve their education and vocational dreams.

“After decades of awarding students with scholarships from the Foundation, I am excited to continue this legacy for the next generation,” said TXTA Foundation Chairman Brandon Woods. “The Foundation takes great pride in giving back to families who have kept this country moving forward and to individuals who are establishing roots in the transportation industry.”
