Barton Creek does not offer a kids club option. If you're bringing children, please arrange for childcare in advance. If your child will be joining you for a meal, kindly register them for the event.

Take advantage of the lowest registration rate offered during the Early Bird Registration period.
Regular Registration June 1–July 1
Prices increase at the conclusion of Early Bird Registration, but you can still register online.
Last Chance Registration July 2–July 23

Join the TXTA Foundation for the Main Event and help raise funds for the Foundation’s Scholarship Program. The evening includes dinner, live and silent auctions and a raffle for a variety of prizes. All proceeds benefit the TXTA Foundation.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
- HOTEL CANCELLATIONS – Reservations cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) of scheduled arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to one night's room rate and applicable taxes. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available when calling.
- HOTEL NO SHOWS – Guests who fail to check-in on their scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to one night's room rate and applicable taxes.
- HOTEL EARLY DEPARTURES – Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to a penalty equal to one night's room rate and applicable taxes.
TXTA Annual Conference Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations prior to June 30 – No cancellation fee
- Cancellations between July 1 and July 24 – 50% of registration fee
- Cancellations after July 25 – No refunds
