Who We Are

Since 1932, Texas Trucking Association (TXTA) has served as the unified voice for the trucking industry in Texas. TXTA is dedicated to advocating sound public policies, providing excellence in education, research, training and information, as well as promoting a safe, dependable and efficient motor transportation system.

With 1,000 member companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies along with the companies that provide them with products and services, our members play a key role in deciding what issues we focus on and allow us to keep doing what we do best—making Texas a great state to own and operate a business.

What We Do

The best interest of the Texas trucking industry is foremost in our daily work. Whether it’s engaging in the political process, offering savings on essential products and services to our members, or providing educational forums designed specifically for the trucking industry—TXTA is dedicated to the success of its member companies.

As an industry, we must be our own ambassadors to raise awareness of the essentiality of the trucking industry.
